Meet The Founders Leading Women’s Health & Fertility Advancements
Catherine Slogrove from Amelia Bio
-
Catherine’s journey is deeply personal—after facing her own health challenges, she realised how the importance of vaginal health is overlooked. Frustrated by the lack of effective, accessible solutions, she became determined to create a product that empowers women to take control of their health.
Amelia Bio is her answer to a problem she once faced herself, driven by a mission to change the way we support and talk about women’s reproductive wellness.
Dr StevenVasilescu from NeoGenix
-
As a biomedical engineer with a PhD in fluid systems, Steven discovered how current fertility practices often fall short. His passion stems from the realisation that male infertility is under-diagnosed yet deeply impactful in family planning. Combining his technical expertise with a personal drive to improve reproductive medicine, he is committed to reshaping fertility care with hardware and AI-driven technologies.
Mark Grosser from 23Strands
-
Mark's work is deeply personal—his interest in genomics was sparked by his own family’s experience with health challenges that could have benefited from genetic insights. Frustrated by the one-size-fits-all approach in fertility care, he co-founded 23Strands to give patients data-backed, individualised solutions. His mission is to empower families with knowledge, ensuring that fertility treatments are as precise and effective as possible.
Ellen Gonda from GonGlobal
-
Ellen’s passion for innovation in reproductive health is rooted in her own IVF journey. Confronting the physical and emotional toll of fertility treatments firsthand, she saw an urgent need for better, less invasive solutions.
With GonGlobal, she is pioneering a new approach to IVF drug delivery—one that minimises discomfort and maximises accessibility. Her mission is clear: to revolutionise fertility care and ensure women have access to groundbreaking advancements that make the process easier and more effective.
Tori Fox from
Arelis
-
Tori’s innovative use of non-invasive urine test uses infrared spectroscopy and AI to deliver fast, accurate risk results, cutting diagnostic delays from years to weeks. Built for clinical impact, accessibility, and scale, Arelis gives providers a powerful new tool to diagnose sooner and treat faster. We're closing a critical gap in care and setting a new standard for how underdiagnosed conditions are identified and managed.
