EpiQuil is engineering control into transdermal drug delivery for lipophilic small molecules, a class the field has largely ignored. Its lead programme delivers cannabidiol through a dissolving microneedle patch for Lennox-Gastaut syndrome, affecting about one million people worldwide. Animal PK is underway as the company advances toward first-in-human development.
