RTOPilot modernises the outdated legacy systems used by vocational training providers with a single unified system. The platform handles the entire training lifecycle for a training company - from student enrolment and assessment through to scheduling, compliance reporting, and certificate issuance. By eliminating manual admin and automating regulatory requirements, providers can focus more on education delivery rather than paperwork.

RTOPilot is working to remove the friction from Australia's $14 billion vocational education sector, starting with high-volume short-course providers before expanding across the full spectrum of qualifications and credentials that power workforce development.
