In the span of a year with UNSW Startup Year, you can achieve significant milestones and accomplishments. Here's what you can expect from this transformative program:

UNSW Startup Year 2024 Program runs over three terms:

• Term 2: 27 May - 22 Aug

• Term 3: 9 Sep - 5 Dec

To be eligible for the UNSW Startup Year Program, you must have:

• Completed a recognised degree from an accredited higher education provider in Australia

• Achieved a Credit average (65% or higher) in your degree

• Be able to participate full time in the year-long program.

• Demonstrated interest in entrepreneurship and a desire to create or join a startup venture.

• Be a Domestic Student

Application to the UNSW Startup Year Program (Graduate Diploma in Entrepreneurship) is made directly via UNSW Online.

After submitting an application via UNSW Online, you will be invited to:

• Submit a 3-minute motivation video outlining your goal and motivation with the UNSW Startup Year Program. Additionally, you have the option to submit a lean canvas for your startup idea (optional, you don’t have to have an idea to apply!)

• Provide relevant academic transcripts and any additional documentation requested by the UNSW admission team.

• Participate in a selection process, which may include interviews, presentations, or other assessment methods. The selection process will be conducted throughout February to April 2024, with final offers being released on April 19, 2024.
