Designed by UNSW Founders and led by experienced industry entrepreneurs, this program teaches the art of innovation and business-building, helping you gain the skills to bring your ideas to life.

As a general education course this is an elective for any student, whether you’re an aspiring startup founder, a budding innovator, or just curious about entrepreneurship, GENE1500 will inspire, equip, and empower you with the skills to turn your ideas into startups.

Meet Your Tutors:

George Roditis 

George graduated from UNSW with a Commerce degree and spent six years in banking before deciding to pursue his passion for entrepreneurship. 

He co-founded a data science company focused on automation systems, which he successfully exited. Today, he co-leads Yenesthae, a combat athletics brand known for Striking Cell, which has transformed how athletes train. His entrepreneurial journey brings valuable, hands-on experience to the classroom. 

George draws from his experiences to inspire students to break away from conventional thinking, embrace innovation, and develop entrepreneurial mindsets.
