Join us for this introduction to the fundamentals of the Lean Canvas. This online delivery of UNSW Founders Lean Canvas workshop will help you to narrow down your priorities when launching a new business or product, set achievable metrics and understand the elements and assumptions you are making about your problem, solution and market.

About Lean Canvas

This workshop will enable you to distill the essence of your startup idea into a 1-page business plan. The Lean Canvas also serves as a visual guide that will help you understand and effectively communicate your business idea. We take a human-centred approach to help you deconstruct your idea into its key assumptions.

Don’t have a business idea? No worries, all we need you to start with who you are trying help and the problem/s they face. You might be inspired by a problem you just discovered, an idea from your friend or a family member, or an issue that you have always wanted to work on.

This session will be interactive so bring your idea and get ready to complete your Lean Canvas! This workshop is currently delivered via zoom.
